Delivery time

Products are usually delivered within 3-5 business days from the day following the order date.

*Delivery may be delayed depending on the area where the customer lives or if there is a concentration of orders.

Payment methods

 

1. Cash on delivery payment

Please pay by cash or credit card when you receive the item. *Cash on delivery is not available in some areas. note that.

2. Credit card payment

The credit card payment will be completed when the order is completed.

 

*We only accept credit cards in the name of the person who placed the order.

 

*If there are any incomplete entries, we will confirm by e-mail.

 

*Closing dates and withdrawal dates differ depending on the credit card company.

 

 

Returns

 

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days after receiving the product.

*Please contact us by e-mail within 7 days after the product arrives.

 

*In addition, the following items cannot be returned.

 

・Products that are damaged or soiled due to the customer's responsibility

・Products that have passed 7 days since the product arrived

・Items that have been used even once

・Items that have been repaired or laundered

・Products for which it is announced at the time of sale that they cannot be returned or exchanged

・Products with missing accessories or parts

・Sale items

・When it is announced that the product cannot be returned or exchanged for a made-to-order product.

 

 

Refunds

 

・In the case of payment by cash on delivery, after confirming the returned product, we will transfer the full amount of the product (including consumption tax) to the designated account in about one week, excluding the cash on delivery fee. 

 

・In the case of credit card payment, we will refund to  the credit card account.
